The bill (Reg. No. 2334) amends the Civil (clause 1118) and the Economic (clause 144) Codes of Ukraine to specify the public authority body in charge of state registration of franchise agreements.
Under the bill, a franchise agreement is subject to state registration by the central executive authority body in charge of intellectual property protection.
